Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders
Some products may occasionally be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment. When you purchase a pre-order item, your payment may be collected in full or in part at checkout, depending on the specific product listing.

Estimated shipping or availability dates will be provided on the applicable product page whenever possible. These dates are estimates and may change due to production, fulfillment, carrier, or supplier delays.

Pre-orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins by contacting us at TheHughleyShop@gmail.com. For KÖNTRÅST skincare pre-orders, you may also contact KontrastSkin@gmail.com.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including any product-specific eligibility restrictions.

If a pre-order is canceled by us because the product becomes unavailable, any amount paid for that item will be refunded to the original payment method.
